Daniel A. Dixon is an associate with Mallor Grodner LLP assisting clients in litigation, business matters, criminal defense, and appeals.

Prior to joining Mallor Grodner, Daniel served as a Deputy Public Defender in Lawrence County, Indiana. Daniel successfully represented clients accused of misdemeanor and felony offenses. He also directed the appellate practice for Lawrence County’s public defender agency, advocating for the rights of clients in the Indiana appellate courts.

Daniel feels at home in a courtroom and enjoys studying and training in the most current and best practices in litigation and trial advocacy. He is a graduate of both the National Criminal Defense College and the Indiana Public Defender Council’s Trial Practice Institute.

Daniel earned his law degree from Indiana University—Maurer School of Law in 2012. While in law school, he served as an Articles Editor with the Indiana Law Journal, and on the board of the Sherman Minton Moot Court. Daniel enjoys volunteering his time to work with and train law students by participating in the School’s trial and moot court competitions.
