Biography

Garry has practiced business, corporate, and real estate law for over 20 years. Garry brings to this practice a broad knowledge of legal and business issues and a keen attention to detail, but he also brings a uniquely creative element. Garry enjoys finding inventive solutions to legal and business issues facing his clients.

Garry's practice involves a number of business-related fields, including business formation and organization, business sales and acquisitions, mergers, property sales and acquisitions, financing and commercial lending, business capitalization and investments, private debt and equity issues, real estate development, real estate management, commercial real estate leasing and financing, copyright and trademark registration and disputes, intellectual property licensing, confidentiality and nondisclosure issues, employment law, general contract negotiation and drafting, corporate and business governance, and other general business and corporate matters.

Garry represents a wide range of clients, including real estate investment and development companies, individuals, and start-ups. Garry has been a resident of Bloomington since 1997. He practiced law for three years in Indianapolis, before joining Mallor Clendening Grodner & Bohrer LLP in 2003. Garry is now Of Counsel with Mallor Grodner LLP. When not practicing law, Garry enjoys playing guitar and pursuing independent business ventures.
