James B. (Jay) Horrey earned his JD from Maurer School of Law and was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2012. He clerked for Mallor Grodner for two years while in law school and joined the firm as an associate attorney in the fall of 2012. Jay’s practice areas include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and representing automobile dealerships.

During his undergraduate studies at Wabash College, Jay double-majored in Economics and Political Science, was captain of the tennis team and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Jay spent his summers working for the Legal Aid Society of Louisville, Partners in Housing Development Corporation in Indianapolis, and the United States Tennis Association.

Away from the practice of law, Jay is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana and is a member of the Bloomington Country Club. Jay enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Hilary, playing golf, and watching the Indiana Hoosiers and Chicago Cubs.
