Kathryn Morgan Cimera is a highly accomplished attorney with a strong background in employment litigation, employment counseling, and employee benefits. She earned a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. While in law school, Kathryn was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review, the Appellate Advocacy Team, and a recipient of the State Bar Foundation Exceptional Merit Scholarship. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Indiana University.

Kathryn provides advice and counsel to employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment, equal opportunity laws, and benefits law. She represents both employees and employers in state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies with complaints involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Kathryn also has experience with ERISA compliance and has advised board members and plan administrators on fiduciary obligations and board governance best practices.

Prior to joining Mallor Grodner, Kathryn worked as an associate in California firms. She returned to Indiana in 2004 and has worked in both the private and public sector handling complex employment matters.
