Scott Reynolds is an attorney in Mallor Grodner LLP’s business and professional practice services division, concentrating his practice in corporate and commercial business, start-ups, food and beverage industry, and real estate and land use matters.
Scott brings significant experience in business transactions to the firm. He is experienced in the negotiation and documentation of joint ventures, corporations, partnership and limited liability company agreements for both established and newly-formed entities, and general strategic planning and advising. He has represented clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisition, finance, and disposition of all classes of real property assets. As a partner in a family-owned business, he brings a personal understanding of the risks, challenges, and opportunities that face start-ups and other growth-oriented companies.
Scott received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University, in Greencastle, Indiana, and his JD from Columbia University School of Law, in 2003, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He began his career at a multi-national New York firm, in the mergers and acquisitions department. He served as in-house counsel for a Los Angeles real estate investment company and subsequently practiced at a boutique corporate and real estate firm in Santa Monica, California, for nearly a decade.
Outside of the office, Scott and his wife enjoy gardening and improving their historic home, walking to performances at the Indiana University Musical Arts Center, involvement in their church and other community organizations, and a shared passion for great literature.
