Amy Stewart, who since 2006, has been dedicated to promoting Collaborative Practice in Indiana and around the world, recently was named to three international committees in the field. Stewart was appointed to the Uniform Collaborative Law Act Committee and the Forum Workshop Proposal Review Committee, and was reappointed to the Standards Committee, of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), an organization of over 5,000 legal, mental health, and financial professionals from twenty-four countries. working to transform how conflict is resolved around the globe. Collaborative Practice, known best for its use in divorce and other family conflict, is a respectful, out-of-court process, in which families are supported by an inter-disciplinary team, to design solutions that address their unique interests and to chart a lasting and dignified path forward for their family. She is the only attorney in Indiana selected as a Best Lawyer in America in the field of Collaborative Practice. Stewart is a member of Mallor Grodner’s family law team and represents clients throughout Indiana.
