Providing Personal Service For Clients Throughout Indiana
Biography
Pamela serves the legal needs of her clients in civil litigation and appellate work. Her concentration includes solving her client disputes both in and of court involving real estate and construction matters, business disputes, and personal injury matters. Pamela understands that being involved in litigation can be daunting, stressful and full of the unknown for many of her clients. Clients love working with Pamela because she's pragmatic, responsive, effective and engaging. Her clients know what to expect, when to expect it, and understand the potential outcomes, risks, costs, and timeframes for each matter.
Pamela received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. In law school, Pamela served as Executive Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Review, competed as a finalist in the school's moot court competition and was selected to be a competitor on the school's appellate advocacy team that competed in ABA National Moot Court Competition.
A southern Indiana native, Pamela practiced with a law firm in Evansville, Indiana before returning to Bloomington. She was an associate attorney working with Geoff Grodner, until 2010, when she became a litigation partner at another Bloomington law firm. She returned to practice at Mallor Grodner, in 2017.
Pamela is an active alumnus of Indiana University and currently serves on the Indiana University Alumni Association Finance Committee and is a former member of the Indiana University Alumni Association Executive Committee and the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law's Alumni Board of Directors. Pamela volunteers her time assisting underserved clients through the District 10 Pro Bono project and is committed to helping the underserved in her civic, volunteer work.
When she isn't advocating for her clients, she is most often found hanging out with her family, hiking the hills of Southern Indiana with her golden retriever, or curled up with a great piece of literature or even perhaps some questionable sci-fi novels.
