Jenna L. Heavner, an attorney with Mallor Grodner LLP, has successfully completed the 40-hour Domestic Relations Mediation Training Program through the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education, and her Application for Mediator Registry has been approved. Ms. Heavner will now be listed on the Indiana Supreme Court Commission for Continuing Legal Education Registry of Approved Domestic Relations Court Mediators.
Mediator training includes not only existing and emerging mediation law, but also ethics, relationship and communication skills and knowledge, conflict resolution theory and practice, and problem-solving.
Jenna has extensive experience dealing with child-related issues within the practice of law. She also represents clients in all other aspects of family law, including divorce and legal separation, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, child custody and support disputes, paternity issues, protective orders, guardianships, and other issues affecting families, including estate planning.
