Providing Personal Service For Clients Throughout Indiana

Estate Planning Amid the Coronavirus Pandemic

On Behalf of | Apr 3, 2020 | Estate Planning

As the reality of COVID-19 sets in, many have been taking steps to ensure that their house is in order. This includes making sure that hands are being washed, frequently touched surfaces are cleaned regularly, and social distancing is being practiced.  It also means having an up-to-date estate plan available in the event of an emergency.

During this crisis, our office remains open and our attorneys remain available for your estate planning and other legal needs. We can be reached by phone, email, or video to provide estate planning services—whether that means a routine update, or you are starting from scratch, or anything in between. The Indiana Supreme Court recently issued emergency orders that effectively allow you to sign your estate plan documents without leaving your home and without having to have any direct physical contact.

Our practice is dedicated to supporting and protecting our clients as much as we can, especially during this time. If you have any questions or would like to speak with one of our estate planning attorneys, please contact our Bloomington office at 812-332-5000 or our Indianapolis office at 317-453-2000.
