On Behalf of | Oct 12, 2020 | Estate Planning

Anne Hamilton Curry, a partner with Mallor Grodner LLP, spoke at the October 1, 2020, Heart to Heart conference, in Indianapolis. The virtual conference was hosted by Family Voices Indiana.

Anne presented information relating to estate planning for special needs children. An area of concentration in her law practice, special needs planning for children and adults with disabilities is focused on enhancing the quality of life for those affected by disability. Special needs planning helps provide peace of mind for families that the needs of their loved one will be met by the establishment of third party or self-settled special needs trusts or guardianships for adults with special needs.

The mission of Family Voices is to support families who have children and youth with health care needs and/or disabilities through education, outreach, and community partnerships by providing information, training, and one-on-one support to families of children and youth with special health care needs, as well as the professionals who serve them. Family Voices Indiana also serves as Indiana’s Family-to-Family Health Information Center. Learn more about Family Voices at www.fvindiana.org.
