Mallor Grodner attorney Tim Sledd served as Chair of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum’s live webcast, “Challenges in Family Law,” on December 16, 2020.
Faculty members included Magistrates Andrew Bloch and Marie Kern, along with Michael Jenuwine, J.D., Ph.D., and attorneys Jaimie L. Cairns and Andrew Bartelt. Topics presented by these faculty members included Dealing with Self-Representation, Mental Health Professionals in Family Law Cases, and Supervised Parenting Time. Tim’s presentations included Reconciliation Issues and Preparation and Advocacy for and During Mediation and Settlement Conferences. The seminar will continue to be available for replay by family law practitioners who were unable to participate in the live webcast.
Tim’s practice areas are family law and criminal defense. He is a registered family law mediator and frequently serves as a parenting coordinator. Prior to joining Mallor Grodner, Tim sat as the Juvenile Law Judge (Referee) in Lawrence County, where he presided over paternity, custody, child support, protective order, and CHINS cases.
