ILADD, Inc. was formed in 2019 to provide housing, enrichment, and social options that enable adults with development or intellectual disabilities to live in homes of their own and enjoy fulfilling and meaningful lives in their communities. The vision of ILADD encompasses inclusive communities and inspired programs that foster interdependent living, personal enrichment, and lifelong friendships. One area of concentration in Anne’s law practice, special needs planning for children and adults with disabilities is focused on enhancing the quality of life for those affected by disability. Special needs planning helps provide peace of mind for families that the needs of their loved one will be met by the establishment of third party or self-settled special needs trusts or guardianships for adults with special needs. In addition to special needs planning, Anne practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate, and estate litigation.
