An article authored by Audrey R. Brittingham has been published in the quarterly edition of Family Court Review (“FCR”), a publication of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Wiley-Blackwell Publishing Company. The FCR is the leading interdisciplinary academic and research journal for family law professionals.
Audrey’s article, entitled “Reconciling Remote Learning with Imputed Income for Custodial Parents,” examines the issue of existing caselaw and statutes in many states imputing income for the purposes of calculating child support on primary caretakers who voluntarily left the workforce entirely or who became under-employed in order to care for children during the COVID-19 pandemic. Audrey focuses her practice on family law. She completed the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Institute for Family Law Associates, in 2021. She serves on the Monroe County CASA Board of Directors and is active with the litigation section of the Indiana State Bar Association.
