Daniel A. Dixon has joined the law firm of Mallor Grodner LLP as an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation and business practice area. Daniel previously served as a Deputy Public Defender in Lawrence County, Indiana, for over three years, where he successfully represented clients accused of misdemeanor and felony offenses. He also directed the appellate practice for Lawrence County’s public defender agency, advocating for the rights of clients in the Indiana appellate courts.
Daniel is a 2012 cum laude graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. As a student, he served as Articles Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and on the board of the Sherman Minton Moot Court. He is a graduate of both the National Criminal Defense College and the Indiana Public Defender Council’s Trial Practice Institute. He earned his Bachelor’s degree with honors from Purdue University, with a double major in Political Science and History.
Daniel’s practice areas include business, litigation, criminal defense, and appeals. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
