Patrick Ziepolt is an attorney in Mallor Grodner LLP’s business services and litigation practice areas.  Patrick litigates on behalf of businesses and individuals. He appears in Indiana trial and appellate courts, Indiana federal courts, state licensing and disciplinary proceedings, and arbitrations. His work ranges from pre-suit negotiation through jury verdict through appeal to this State’s highest court.

Patrick’s experience in commercial law includes advocating for businesses, minority owners, and majority owners in breach-of-contract and fiduciary-duty disputes. He has defended and prosecuted complex negligence claims; he has enforced and defeated covenants not to compete. Patrick also has advised other attorneys, from individuals to 500-person firms, in malpractice and disciplinary matters. He has submitted appellate arguments on behalf of Indiana utilities and utility trade groups about government regulation and civil liability.
