Geoffrey M. Grodner, Mallor Grodner LLP, recently represented the seller in the sale of an Indiana automotive dealership. The dealership, 500 Automotive Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, located just north of Terre Haute, in Clinton, was owned by Deep Vein Coal Co., and sold to Pilson Auto Centers. The new name of the dealership is Pilson Chevrolet-Buick-GMC.
Geoff has extensive experience representing new and used automobile dealers in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky, and Florida. He is recognized for his extensive knowledge of the auto business and is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, an organization of attorneys that devote significant portions of their practice to representing auto dealers.
