Carrie graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1993, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, and from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, in 1998.

Carrie is a partner at Mallor Grodner LLP. Her primary area of practice is family law, including divorce, child custody and support issues, premarital agreements, adoptions, guardianships, and paternity matters. She also practices in landlord/tenant law and civil litigation.

Carrie is a Certified Family Law Specialist, by the Family Law Certification Board. She is an experienced practitioner of both traditional divorce, including high-conflict disputes, and collaborative divorce and can assist clients in determining which method best suits their circumstances. Carrie is also a Registered Family Law Mediator and a trained Parent Coordinator and Guardian Ad Litem.

Carrie was admitted to the bar in Indiana and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana, in 1998. She is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Bloomington Association of Collaborative Professionals.

A graduate of Bloomington High School South, Carrie is a long-term and active member of the community. She has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Monroe County Chapter of the American Red Cross and as a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. Carrie presently serves on the Family Law Certification Board and the Family Law Council for the Family Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and is a volunteer attorney for Counsel in the Court and the Maurer School of Law Protective Order Project.
