Anne Hamilton Curry, a partner with Mallor Grodner LLP, served on the faculty of a professional seminar for the National Business Institute, on October 31, 2022. The seminar was designed for estate and trust professionals, and Anne’s presentation was entitled “Special Needs Trusts Structures and Uses.” Anne discussed the various types of special needs trusts and their specific purposes, beneficiaries, benefits eligibility, and maximizing allowable expenses. She also provided guidance on drafting special needs trusts.
Anne practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate, and estate litigation and meets with clients in both Indianapolis and Bloomington. She is a board-certified Indiana Estate and Trust Lawyer, as certified by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Trust and Estate Specialty Board and is a member of the Probate Code Review Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association.
