Anne M. Hamilton Curry, a Partner at Mallor Grodner LLP, has successfully completed the 40-hour Civil Mediation Training Program through the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education, and her Application for Mediator Registry has been approved. Anne will now be listed on the Indiana Supreme Court Commission for Continuing Legal Education Registry of Approved Civil Court Mediators.
Mediator training includes not only existing and emerging mediation law, but also ethics, relationship and communication skills and knowledge, conflict resolution theory and practice, and problem-solving.
Anne is a Board-Certified Indiana Estate and Trust Lawyer, as certified by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board of the Indiana State Bar Association and has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. Her practice also includes non-profit formation and income, estate, and fiduciary income taxation, as well a special needs planning for children and adults with disabilities.
