Haozhen “David” Ma and Patrick C. Munson have joined Mallor Grodner LLP, as attorneys in the firm’s business and professional practice services division of the firm.
David received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, completing his bachelor’s degree with triple majors in accounting, finance, and technology management and his master’s degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his JD, with High Honors, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. David is a small business owner himself and understands the importance of knowing both the financial and legal side of a business. David is fluent in English and Chinese, both at a native speaker level.
Patrick received his undergraduate degree from Butler University, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and his JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. His practice areas include business law, litigation, and automotive dealer representation. Patrick’s passion for the automotive industry began during his childhood in Morristown, Indiana, where his father ran dealerships as a finance officer. He is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel.
