Mallor Grodner Family Law Attorneys Complete Parenting Coordination Training
Courts are increasingly appointing Parenting Coordinators to help reduce parental conflict and protect children in chronically high-conflict family law cases. The training, sponsored by the Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections of the Indianapolis Bar Association, examined the role and functions of the Parenting Coordinator and the interventions helpful to reduce conflict.
These three experienced attorneys represent clients in all areas of family law, including adoptions, child support establishment and arrearages, cohabitation agreements, custody proceedings, divorce and legal separation, guardianships, prenuptial agreements, and other post-decree matters. Carrie and Lisa are also registered family law mediators. Lisa has been providing Parenting Coordination services since 2017. Lisa and Carrie are currently accepting Parenting Coordinator assignments. Jenna will complete her mediator training in February 2019 and, once registered as a mediator, will begin accepting Parenting Coordinator assignments.
